Hey Y’all!
I’m passionate about teaching God’s Word and serving others. God’s Word is so exciting! My desire is to teach His Word in a way that causes others to seek out God’s truths for their own lives. I want others to truly believe Ephesians 2:10. “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.”
Over the past decade, God has opened up amazing opportunities for me to serve Him. At my home church, where I’ve been a member for over 25 years, I have the privilege of teaching a Life Group and leading recovery programs. He has also allowed me to serve with a local non-profit, Graciously Broken Ministries, where I build relationships and share His love with women in the program. One of the greatest blessings has been the chance to serve in foreign countries on mission trips!
I spent years angry at God and coping with life’s circumstances with alcohol and drugs. Instead of dealing with my hurt and pain, I would numb it and ignore it. I was afraid. God has taught me not to let fear hold me back, but to be bold and do it afraid! With Jesus, I am ready for just about anything! I believe God’s Word to be truth and only He can satisfy my soul!
I love what I do! It is an honor and a joy to speak to people everywhere about the love of Jesus! If I’m not serving in one of these areas or on the lake, you can find me at home sitting on the porch with my husband or chasing grand-kids!
